Indoor Gardening Tips

Indoor gardening tips can be invaluable when it comes to making sure your vegetables are polinated properly and therefore produce a good quantity of fruit or vegetables.

Although tomatoes, eggplants and peppers actually self-pollinate, to be sure of ample fruit in home greenhouses, just take a cotton swab or a very fine paintbrush and transfer the plant pollen from one flower to another yourself.

Swirl the cotton swab around or brush lightly inside each flower, and proceed one after the other.

Repeat this process again the very next day. Be sure not to for wait too long after the blossoms appear before you to pollinate them.

For the majority of plants, the most successful pollinating can be done on the day after the blossoms open. If you are successful, you will see the formation of tiny fruits as the flowers wilt.
