Water Plants 101
A basic Introduction to the physiology and ecology of aquatic plants
For the aquarist - high light , Landscaping on sloping Ground intensities are those which saturate photosynthesis. Only metal halide bulbs , Trees and Shrubs can provide this level of intensity. Medium intensities can be provided by 2 to 4 Watts per gallon of fluorescent lights. , Plant Diseases in Australian Natives At this level of intensity - photosynthesis will not be at its highest level but will still be greater than respiration.
